The Transformation Office
About the Transformation Office.
The Transformation Office of Bahir Dar University which the institute of Land administration is part of was established in January 2009 for studying and implementing business process re-engineering purposes. It is working around the clock to transform the University. So far it has studied the following business processes:
- Teaching - learning.
- Information and communication.
- Planning, budget and finance.
- Procurement and property administration.
- Human resource.
Based on the study of the above business processes, vice presidents, associate vice presidents, deans and directors have been elected. In addition, case team leaders and front line workers have been assigned as shown below.
